Luna

High school sophomore Regan grapples with the tensions stemming from her older brother Liam's longing to change genders and become Luna, a glamorous female. Supportive Regan has always been Liam's confidant and helped him whenever she could, including buying women's lingerie for him to wear in the privacy of their house. Now Liam gets bolder, gradually dressing as Luna in public places until their astonished friends and incredulous parents finally learn the secret. Regan feels the heat, especially while trying to start a relationship with a boy at school. She sometimes resents her brother for ruining my chances for any kind of ordinary existence, and grows increasingly panicked as Liam threatens to make his Luna identity permanent.
